
The Annual Giving Campaign raises unrestricted money in order to bridge the 20-25% gap between tuition and the actual cost of educating a student at Alverno. The funds raised through the Annual Giving Campaign are used in the operating budget to:
- enhance academic and co-curricular programs
- attract top-notch faculty
- support special programs and events
- cover the day-to-day functions of the school
- support faculty development to ensure that our teachers are on the cutting edge of educational research and instructional techniques
- support maintenance and improvement of our classrooms, buildings, and grounds
- avoid drastic tuition increases
Above all, the Annual Giving Campaign supports Alverno’s most valuable resource – its students! Gifts raised through the campaign are put to work immediately and help Alverno provide the highest quality education for our community’s young women.
The Annual Giving Campaign runs from July 1 to June 30 each year. Donations may be made on-line through the "Donate Now" link or by mailing your donation to Development Office, Alverno High School, 200 N. Michillinda, Sierra Madre, CA 91024. All gifts are tax-deductible.
